Ben grew up in country NSW, studying medicine at the university of Queensland. He worked in a variety of hospital roles in Brisbane before choosing to move to Melbourne to complete his GP training.
He spent 8 years in the Macedon Ranges where he was a GP and practice owner before deciding to make a sea change with his young family.
He has a keen interest in all aspects of medicine, in particular chronic diseases, metabolic disease, skin cancer management, mental health and men’s health.
He picked up the guitar after a medical stint in New Orleans and is looking forward to spending more time on his surfboard on the beautiful surf coast.
